Rio Grande Valley International Poetry Festival (VIPF) Registration Form

Non-refundable LATE Registration Fee: $40; covers registration, which includes one guaranteed reading, entry to workshops and readings.
If possible, there may be opportunities for other readings, such as Poets In The Schools, competition in the adult poetry slam on Friday, and at other venues.
You might (but are not guaranteed) to also receive:

  • a t-shirt (if your size is available), but your name will likely not be printed on it, like the other registered poets, depending on the deadline for t-shirt orders
  • dinner on Saturday @ Poetry Pachanga (unless we go with a caterer that needs a head-count sooner
  • a copy of but no listing in the printed program
  • a possible listing online—with photo, if provided in time (only if we have time to edit the site)

    Q: Why register late?
Late or not, you will still be a registered poet and you will still be able to share at least one stage, at the Poetry Pachanga, with the other poets. Your name will still be in our records that you registered as a poet for this historic first-ever festival.

Please make out checks or money orders to: “Narciso Martínez Cultural Arts Center”
Mail payment along with this registration form (must be ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY April 21, 2008) to:
